This position is ongoing, FTE between 0.8-1 (can be negotiated).
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Principal has the responsibility to provide administrative, governance and systems support to the Principal. The primary function of the Personal Assistant to the Principal is manage the day to day functions of the Principal’s Office and provide high level administrative support to the Principal.
Given the breadth of the Principal’s role, this entails a wide range of responsibilities and demands flexibility and commitment to superior outcomes. The Personal Assistant to the Principal plays a key role in representing the School to stakeholders and the wider community.
The Principal’s Personal Assistant will need to exhibit a personal commitment to the mission and vision of the College, have an excellent eye for detail, display initiative and commitment to achieving quality outcomes.
Appointees are expected to show understanding of and commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College. Kolbe Catholic College is committed to creating and maintaining a child safe environment in which students feel safe and are safe.
